Forge State Report — March 24, 2026

Forge is Jason MacDonald's personal AI operating system — a factory that runs while he sleeps. This page is the honest state of that factory as of today. It exists to orient any agent (Claude Code session, Ralph task, future Forge agent) that needs to understand what is working, what is broken, and what the current priority is. Cleared March 24. Was paused since March 17 — circuit breaker on task #231 (Authelia, 3 crash-in-5s failures). Pause file + circuit breaker removed. Factory resumes within 60s.

ClawdRouter — LLM cascade router, port 8080. Haiku/Sonnet/Opus.
KFS-Graphiti — Collective intelligence, port 5022. FalkorDB + Graphiti. Phase 0 live.
Knowledge Service — Entity graph + search, port 5012. pgvector in Supabase.
Gatekeeper — Task quality scoring, port 5015.

Critical Gaps (Not Built)

Test gates — No automated pass/fail before push. Every deploy is unvalidated.
Brief executor — No system that parses briefs and routes tasks automatically. Jason is still the manual router.
Alignment interview — No "ask before build" protocol. Agents start work without confirming scope.
MasteryOS CLAUDE.md files — Zero context files in either MasteryOS repo. Explains Sumit's 60% ceiling.
Ralph decomposition not wired — ralph-planner.sh exists but ralph.sh never calls it.
KFS Phase B–D — Were queued (#336–341). Now unblocked with Ralph running.
