Everyone is adding AI to what already exists.
That's the wrong move.

The process was designed around human constraints that no longer apply. I don't optimize it. I throw it out and rebuild from what's actually true now. Then I make sure the thing I build gets smarter every time it runs.

This page is what I'm building right now. It changes when the work changes.

About

I've spent 30 years
building the wrong things.

Real estate, SaaS, consulting, agencies — I've built and sold companies across all of them. The pattern I kept seeing was the same: the best operators had the deepest expertise, but their systems couldn't keep up with what they knew. Their knowledge lived in their heads, their Slack threads, their meeting notes. It never compounded.

AI changed that equation. Not because it's smart — it isn't, really. But because for the first time, you can encode decision logic, pattern recognition, and domain expertise into a system that runs without you.

If you're reading this, something I built brought you here. That's the only pitch I need.

Five Ways To Work Together

Everything below is live and shipping. Each one has a different way to get involved — depending on where you are and what you're building.

Three things I've
learned the hard way.

01 — Everyone asks "how do we make this faster?" That's the wrong question. The right question is "why does this step exist at all?" I've killed more features than I've built. Most of the time the answer to "how do we improve X" is "we stop doing X."

02 — The obvious product is never the real product. Reveal looks like a page generator. But the actual value is that a CEO sees their own words quoted back to them by someone they've never met — and trusts them immediately. I don't build the surface. I build the layer underneath that makes the surface work.

03 — If a system doesn't get smarter the more you use it, it's a tool. Tools are commodities. I only build things where run #50 is meaningfully better than run #1 — where the output feeds the input and the whole thing compounds. That's the difference between a product and a moat.

Most people build tools and then look for problems they solve. I do it backwards. I find the thing that shouldn't exist — the step everyone assumes is necessary — and I remove it. The system that remains is always simpler, faster, and harder to compete with.

— That's the pattern. Every product above is a version of it.
Why This Works This Way

I route conversations
before I have them.

Most people put up a "Book a Call" button and hope for the best. You get on, spend 20 minutes figuring out it's not a fit, and both people lose an hour they won't get back.

I'd rather spend 2 minutes reading about what you need than 30 minutes on a call finding out. Either way, you'll hear back within 48 hours with a clear answer — not a nurture sequence.
